Privacy Policy

Straight Path Ministries (“we”, “us”) runs straightpathglobal.org. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the site, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Information you give us in a form: your name, email, phone number, country, and anything you choose to write (a message, a prayer request, your story of getting saved, or details about a church or event you'd like Chris to visit).
• Gift information when you give: your name, email, billing address, the amount and how often you give. Card and bank details are entered directly into Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your full card or bank account number.
• Basic usage information collected automatically, such as your browser type, the pages you visit and the link that brought you here. We use this to understand what's working on the site.

How we use it

• To process your gifts, send receipts and tax acknowledgments, and manage monthly giving.
• To send our monthly newsletter and ministry updates by email.
• To send text messages, only if you checked the box to receive them.
• To answer your messages, pray for your requests, follow up after you give your life to Jesus, and respond to invitations for Chris to speak.
• To keep the site secure and improve it.

Text messages

If you opt in, you'll receive text messages from Straight Path Ministries. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of giving or signing up.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with anyone.

Who we share it with

We never sell or rent your information. We share it only with the services that help us run the ministry, and only so they can provide those services to us:

• Stripe, to process gifts (see Stripe's privacy policy).
• Our contact and email/text platform, to keep our partner list and send updates.
• Our website host (Cloudflare) and basic office tools such as spreadsheets.

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect the safety of our team, partners or the public.

Cookies

The site uses a small number of cookies and similar tools to make giving work, keep the site secure, and understand how people use it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site, like giving, may not work without them.

How long we keep it

We keep giving records as long as the law requires for nonprofit and tax purposes. Other information is kept while you stay in touch with us, or until you ask us to delete it.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from emails with the link at the bottom of any email.
• Stop texts by replying STOP.
• Manage or cancel a monthly gift from the link in your receipt, or by emailing us.
• To see, correct or delete the information we have about you, email info@straightpathglobal.org.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we'll delete it.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, and gifts are processed over encrypted connections by Stripe. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, but we work to keep yours safe.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
